RedLine Athletics Farmington Hills is the preeminent facility for sports performance training. This brand new training center is just under 15,000 square feet including a 50 x 84 foot basketball/volleyball court, 4500 square feet of low profile turf for speed and agility drills, batting cages and a strength room consisting of new Hammer Strength weight equipment, kettle bells, resistance bands, and slam balls. Customized training can be developed for nearly every sport. Located just down the street from Erhard BMW on Grand River. Opening in early 2018.

The H.I.I.T. program is designed to prepare an athlete by training at a faster pace than they would experience in an actual game. Just as the name implies, the High Intensity Interval Training program is non-stop high intensity that works great in a 60-minute session.
For athletes seeking sport specific instruction, 1-on-1 training with our team of professional and elite level athletes, will assist in providing breakthrough results. 1-on-1 training requires advance appointments and are most effective when combined with our Semi-Private Training membership.
